About Me.

I was born in Ismailia, Egypt, have traveled in Bali, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, England, Europe and the US. I make inventive photographic work using my cinema eye to combine historical photo processes with digital technology.

 

I have a BA in Art History from SUNY Binghamton, NY and a BFA in Photography and an MFA in Film from the San Francisco Art Institute.

Of course, I continue to explore our extraordinary world and create site-specific investigations in our transient natural reality.

I currently teach Strategic Planning in the Arts Management Global Education graduate program at Rowan University, NJ.

 

I consult with artists and non-profits in grant writing, strategic planning and editing.

My work has been recognized through grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Fellowship in Media Arts.
